Please join yoga guide Lauren J. Williams for a morning of energizing yoga at Playground Detroit. This practice will help you create balance and harmony while exploring your light. We will focus on cultivating our light while planting seeds for a new season. Come step into a state of flow as we celebrate the divine feminine.
We will celebrate Women's History Month by exploring a group exhibition organized and curated by gallerist Paulina Petkoski. This exhibition, Female Gaze, highlights fresh and authentic portrayals of women through their lenses, reclaiming the power of representation from the traditional "male gaze."
